Daewon has created a superb carding machine. It
not only maximizes productivity and product quality,
but also removes potential inconveniences for the
user. Moreover, the carding machine guarantees a
safe working environment. Each part of the machine
is individualized and equipped with inverters that
allow the machine to handle diverse products. The
entire drive is geared, which helps to improve product
quality.
Daewon?s carding machine has become more precise
and refined. The rpm of the cylinder has been increased
to 400 rpm (for ø 1000), and 250rpm (for ø 1280),
which contributes to achieving higher productivity
and to producing superior textile goods.
