Raw materials are changed from the bale state by the bale hopper and super blender. The hopper feeder receives these opened raw materials, reopens them using the chute feeder and beater roller, and delivers them to the carding machine. The hopper feeder is used to open raw materials at a constant thickness and balance, and then to deliver the materials to the carding machine.

The master chute receives these open raw materials, reopens them using the chute feeder and beater roller, and finally delivers them to the carding machine. Basically, the master chute has the same function as the hopper feeder. However, since it occupies less space than the hopper feeder, it is more efficient with regard to space management.
